Hear at the Hungry Toad, 2020 would have been our 9th festival season, and we are in the game of cooking up some top-quality food across a wide range of menus at Events, Festivals, Weddings, Private & Corporate Parties..
It all started at Digbeth Dining Club back in 2012-2015 and then we ventured in to the festival world, last year we scaled up the business to tackle the Mother of all festivals, Glastonbury. Sadly everyone’s plans have changed in 2020, but as the saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining and we managed to build up a regular flow of customers and income to help us survive the pandemic. .
Focusing on local and private events for 2021 while the landscape is still uncertain we look forward to 2022 to get the festival season back in full sway.
Animal welfare is of the highest importance to us here at Hungry Toad and we are happy to pay extra to ensure only grass fed, free range beef is served and locally sourced free range chicken when possible (some supplier shortages as of printing Summer 2021). .
All of our packaging is biodegradable we aim to balance people, planet and profit in order to run our sustainable, local and independent business.
Based in Redditch, West Midlands we will travel a 60 mile radius for private events including weddings, parties and corporate catering.
Public events dependent on size, scale and duration we will travel nationwide so please get in touch.

We put people and planet before profit, and to this end, we procure high quality and locally sourced ingredients which helps to set our dishes apart from that of our competition. At busy events with lots of choice our fellow catering crews choose to food swap with us - always a good sign!
We are regulars on the festival and events circuit and attend events annually including: Glastonbury, 2000 Trees, Arc Tan Gent , Balter, Upton Blues & Warwick Folk to name but a few.
